Blurb: “Every male Xiongchong (male zerg) should wed a military Junci (female military).”
This is a sentiment widely circulated throughout the Zerg world. As a human who transmigrated into the Zerg race, Sirius naturally understood the importance of the saying “when in Rome, do as the Romans do.” Thus, he chose to comply.
He selected a military Junci as his fiancé—loyal, powerful, and a future starship captain. As an S-rank Xiongchong himself, they were a perfect match.
Sirius seemed to have fully adapted to life as a Zerg, until that one night.
On a beautiful, rainy evening, an intellectual, beautiful, and charismatic celebrity Cichong (female zerg~in Bl~male, too) crashed into his arms. He was lively, adorable, and full of passion. In the misty, humid air, Sirius briefly forgot exactly where he was.
When the Cichong proposed that he wanted to become Sirius’s Cijun (legal spouse), a somewhat vengeful thought flashed through Sirius’s mind: Since I can’t go home, I might as well integrate here completely.
In the Zerg world, promises like these didn’t need to be kept anyway, right?
The seductive whispers in his mind left him with almost no resistance. He took the initiative to step into the pit that the Cichong had intended as a trap.
He agreed.
He had originally thought this was a moment of self-indulgence, a form of redemption to reconcile with his own soul. Sirius believed he was fully prepared. But when the time came to face him, the cold and serious future captain leaned cautiously against his shoulder. Looking into those eyes that lit up in an instant, Sirius found the words stuck in his throat.
A loyal, reliable, and stern military fiancé.
A beautiful, sweet-talking, and scheming yet self-deprecating little star.
A “stupid” but beautiful, hot-tempered, and pitiful Xiongchong.
An ambitious, insatiable “love rival” on the path of opposition.
A gentle and quiet Buyu-chong (nurturer zerg) teacher longing for atonement.
When all these Zerg—who were supposed to be devoid of such emotions—fall in love with him, can he truly remain cold-hearted and ignore them?
Or rather, is he truly ready to become a real Zerg?
“He walked soberly toward his downfall, and he shall walk toward sobriety once more.”
PS: The final relationship status is not determined in the main text; it will be presented in the extra chapters. From a human perspective, the protagonist is a bit of a scumbag, but by Zerg standards, he isn’t—his moral compass is actually considered quite high.
